We have designed a new holy card with the hope of helping our brothers and sisters in Haiti, as they deal with the massive destruction left by the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that recently devastated their country. The Cathedral in Haiti was demolished and their Archbishop was also killed in this true calamity. We are hoping that many people will pray for the victims of this tragedy through the intercession of Venerable Pierre Toussaint, who was a native of Haiti.
We are donating 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this new card. In response to the recently announced initiatives and desires of the various Catholic dioceses around the country, we are donating all funds to Catholic Relief Services, which is the official charitable outreach of the Catholic Church in America.

We've already received orders for around 15,500 cards equaling approx $3100 in donations.
Venerable Pierre Toussaint, a true son of Haiti, will surely be a great intercessor through our prayerful invocation of his heavenly assistance.

Note: Our original appeal had all proceeds being donated to Cross International. In solidarity with the US dioceses we are now sending all funds to Catholic Relief Services. The full amount of money initially raised on our first day will be sent to Cross International as originally promised.All funds that are received after 8:30AM EST on 1/15/10 will go to Catholic Relief Services.
